Gustosì La Siciliana

Based on dried tomatoes, capers and olives, it fully reflects the typical Italian taste.

With its strong flavours, it matches well all kinds of meat, especially the helmeted guineafowl.
Indicative dosage: 100 gr. per 1 Kg. of meat.

It is also used to flavour the dough, with a recommended dosage (if combined with the “Premix Burger Chef NA” Pagani Chef) of 2%.
To create the grating, the indicative dosage is 15% / 20%.
In addition, it is recommended combining breadcrumbs with granular carrot.
