Based on sweet paprika and nutmeg, it is perfect to season all kinds of meat in order to get an irresistible spicy flavour.

We recommend using the marinade also in order to soften the strong taste of other Gustosì Pagani Chef, such as La Barbecue or La Piccante.
Indicative dosage: 100 gr. per 1 Kg. of meat.

The gratin made with this marinade will be tasty and colourful.

Indicative dosage for bread is 15/20%.
It is perfect to decorate and plate gourmet dishes.
