Gustosì La Barbecue

It is for sure the strongest flavoured marinade.

It has a strong smoky taste together with sweet paprika, chilli pepper and black pepper. It is perfect for seasoning all kinds of grilled meats, BBQ; in addition to classic nibbles to cook in the pan.
Indicative dosage: 100 gr. per 1 Kg. of meat.

It is also possible to use Gustosì Barbecue to flavour the dough for Hamburger. In this case the recommended dose is 1% if used with our Burger product.
