Thanks to its curry base, it is perfect to create ethnic flavoured dishes and also on white meat, especially chicken and pork.

L’ Orientale is suitable for classic pan cooking and marinated nibbles.
Indicative dosage: 100 gr. per 1 Kg. of meat.

It is delicious when combined with rice, for an excellent “Riso al Curry” made with Pagani Chef rice and paired with small pieces of meat or chicken.
In this case, the indicative dosage is 8% of the total weight of the dish (rice + meat + vegetables).
