Without garlic it can be used on all types of meat.
Indicative dosage: 100 gr. per 1 Kg. of meat.

It can be combined with tomatoes and olives and the dish will be complete and balanced. It is also used in breadcrumbs to make them colourful and tasty, the recommended dosage is 15% – 20%.
