The marinade is characterized by dense flavours of oregano, garlic, and chilli pepper.

Ideal to combine with the “red meats” and to cook in grill, pan or plate; excellent also for the pork meat or poultry! Colour, name and flavour, recall the typical “chimichurri” taste from South America (Argentina in the specific).

Indicative dosage: 100 gr. per 1 Kg. of meat.
