Premix

Complete mixtures of herbs, spices, antioxidants (E-numbers) to be used for preparing soft and juicy ground meat products (e.g. hamburgers).

They ensure that colour is maintained up to 7 days. Up to 15% water can be added to these products. The Premix range is vast, and you will find mixtures with the right flavour for your needs.

PREMIX TARTARE NOVIT S/A
For use in raw meat preparations such as tartare or fresh (uncooked) burgers.
Delicate pepper and lemon flavouring with good structure; up to 15% water may be added. The product is free from allergens.
Indicative dosage: 35g per kg of meat mixture.

PREMIX POLPETTONE 66002
Renders a firm meatloaf that is also very soft; up to 15% water can be added. The product already contains salt and herbs (chives, rosemary and parsley).
Approximate doses: 85g per Kg of meat mixture (salt already included).
