The NOVIT line is dedicated particularly to all customers who cannot use additives (ingredients with "E" numbers, such as E300 ascorbic acid and E301 Ascorbate) in their products.

Specifically, products from the NOVIT line are intended for production companies that are not equipped for the sale of “pre-packaged” foods; i.e. businesses that package (in food-grade paper or any other type of packaging) directly in the stores and hand the product directly over to the purchaser.

ADVANTAGES:
-These products do not contain additives → Clean label!
-They improve product colour and make foods more brilliant and tastier.
-Products are softer and juicier.
-They contain a carefully measured blend of ingredients that, in the presence of a proper cold chain (max. 5 °C), allow the finished product to last longer, while preserving its sensory characteristics.


The Premix NOVIT:
Mixes with delicate tastes, complete with salt. Recommended for preparing burgers, they make it possible to obtain soft, firm products. They also allow you to add up to 15% of water. Flavoured versions are available to obtain tasty products suitable for every occasion.

A Pagani Chef line made with natural antioxidants, that are not required to be declared on the label. These products are intended for those who, according to current legislation, cannot use E-number additives in their preparations. NOVIT products are also for people who want to stand out for cleaner labelling on their products.
In this line, you will also find also the versions of Premix products that you have used up to now without the E-number additives.


The products:

NOVIT AROMA BIANCO 66502
To be used in meat preparations such as burgers or fresh meat mixtures.
Neutral flavoring; possibility to add up to 15% of water.
Shelf life of the product up to 5-7 days.
Clean label. Without colorants.
Indicative dosage: 1.5g per 100kg of meat mixture.

NOVIT AROMA 66501
To be used in meat preparations such as burgers or fresh meat mixtures.
Neutral flavoring; possibility to add up to 15% of water.
Shelf life of the product up to 5-7 days, natural colorings.
Clean label. With natural colorants.
Indicative dosage: 1.5 g per 100 kg of meat mixture.

NOVIT BURGER CHEF 66007 – Clean label
For making soft, firm burgers with a delicate flavour.
Also allows you to add up to 15% water.
Approximate doses: 70g per Kg of meat mixture (salt already included).

NOVIT BURGER CHEF NA 66008 – Clean label
For making soft, firm burgers with a delicate flavour; up to 15% water can be added. This product does not contain allergens.
Approximate doses: 70g per Kg of meat mixture (salt already included).

NOVIT SALSICCIA 66102 – Clean label
Gives a shining colour to the meat and maintains it in time. With this product, you can add water up to 10% of the weight of the meat. This product does not contain allergens.
Approximate doses: 35g per Kg of meat mixture (salt already included).
