Pagani Chef has recently developed a tasty novelty with the aim of constantly offering you innovative solutions for “ready to eat” preparations!

Our innovation surpasses tradition, since in a few simple steps we will offer you the possibility to make the typical gravy sauce (brown juice)  that usually requires a lot of preparation time. It will be easy to enhance the taste and flavor of meat recipes, thanks to the new “MIX FONDO COTTURA ARROSTO 46104” signed Pagani Chef!

The Mix, studied by our R&D and Flavour Labs, presents a unique composition characterized by a browned note that, balanced with herbaceous and umami notes, is ideal for flavoring roasts or stews meat products. Adding our new product to the meat will give you a pork roasted note that enriches the taste and enhances the flavor of your preparation.

– Stable natural flavor even at high temperatures due to the presence of encapsulated flavors;
– Contains a balanced blend of starches that gives optimal creaminess to the sauce that will be used as a cooking base for meats.

USAGE SUGGESTIONS:
1) Dissolve 100g of powder in 1kg of water;
2) Stir vigorously to obtain a homogeneous solution;
3) Add it to the meat in a proportion of 20-25% to obtain a “gravy sauce (brown juice)“.
