Teriyaki sauce is a traditional condiment in Japanese cuisine, and soy is one of its main ingredients. It is usually used for fish and meat-based preparations, giving a delicious bittersweet taste to dishes.

Our innovation exceeds the original recipe: soy-free Teriyaki sauce. Same taste but Allergen free.

A line of water-soluble condiment sauces, Allergen free, without added monosodium glutamate and with a complex flavour profile. This line is composed of two flavours: Teriyaki Classic – typical soy taste – and Teriyaki Lemongrass – soy taste with fresh notes of lemongrass. Both the marinades are to be consumed after being cooked. Perfect for seasoning fish-based preparations, white meats, pork, hot or precooked dishes.
