“PINCHO ROJO” AND “PINCHO AMARILLO”

The Pagani Chef Staff is happy to present two new products: “Pincho Rojo” and “Pincho Amarillo“.
The term “Pincho” in Spain is used to describe a snack that goes with tapas and which usually consists of a slice of bread with many different ingredients.
The two new products have been developed in this direction by our laboratory. They are ideal for meat preparations based on chicken and pork and they extend the shelf life of the product up to 5 days.

Pincho Rojo
The product gives the characteristic taste of Pincho Rojo, characterized by paprika, garlic and cumin.

Pincho Amarillo
The product gives the characteristic taste of Pincho Amarillo, characterized by ginger, cumin and garlic.
