Pagani Chef will showcase its newest products at the upcoming iMeat Fair at Modena Fiere, which will be held March 26-28, 2023.
For this special occasion, Pagani Chef, a brand of Fratelli Pagani, will bring exclusive new blends, new gluten-free breadcrumbs and a surprising makeover. On Sunday, March 26, there will also be a LIVE DEMONSTRATION made by our technicians on the preparation of hand-tied artisan cooked ham, as per Italian tradition.
